I’ve started this year on a real high with a reformed and healthy lifestyle. It’s not a ‘new year, new me,’ I’ve simply decided to use 2016 as motivation for positive changes!
You can add nut butters, protein powder, oat milk or even oats however, my favourite morning boost so far has been a really easy berry smoothie. I add strawberries, blueberries and frozen raspberries with a cup of ice-cold water and blitz until smooth.
It’s so simple however it tastes really good and feels refreshing and full of goodness! As I have cut out dairy from my diet, I’ve found smoothies perfect to have in place of yoghurt. The NutriBullet is great because it comes with containers and lids and so you can conveniently store what’s left. Plus, I am loving this really easy way to have my five-a-day!
