I for one, often require serious willpower to get into a regular workout routine so here are my five top reasons why you should leave Netflix and chill for another day and go drop a squat!

  2. It will clear your mind. Focusing on running/lifting/squatting leaves little space for anything else!
  3. You will leave the gym with a clear and motivated frame of mind. What could be better?
  4. That dress for your work Christmas party will fit that little bit better…
  5. You will burn calories, allowing you a guilt free indulgence – hello cheesecake!
