The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook

One of my favourite things to do is bake; we have multiple Mary Berry AGA cookbooks etc. however nothing quite like the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook, this one is certainly in a league of its own.

The Hummingbird Bakery was founded in 2004 and subsequently expanded to have a further five stores throughout London.

My adoration for The Great British Bake Off has inspired me to venture away from my standard chunk cookie and chocolate cake into more dangerous and indulgent territory. May I just say that I am truly gutted that Martha left last week, I was totally routing for her!

The Hummingbird Bakery specializes in American-style baked treats and desserts and the cookbook completely reflects that, from gooey frosted brownies to peanut butter cookies, this cookbook has it all!

I shall be delving into my new obsession this weekend to gladly bring the authentic taste of American home baking to London Derbyshire! If you’re looking for some inspiration for some indulgent comfort food as winter creeps up on us, please look no further, this photo filled wonder is a sweet tooth’s heaven.

I despise dry cake and hard cookies, there is nothing worse. American baked goods are always moist and yummy and so this cookbook is the perfect choice for fool-proof baking.

This book contains so many delicious delights- Apple Pie and Red Velvet Cupcakes are just two of the quintessential Hummingbird classics captured within the sixty recipes of this easy to follow and gorgeously presented cookbook.

In addition, it will look so pretty in any kitchen and at just £7.00 you really can’t complain!

‘Open The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook and you’ll find every page bursting with cupcakes and desserts that will keep you coming back for more.’
